Platform

One workspace, from the first spike to the last Done.

Ostracon gives your coordinator three things in one place: a briefing that says whether to answer, a mission composer that reaches members where they already chat, and results that show who acted.

01  Decide

Know when to answer, and when to stay silent.

Every angry reply to bait gives it more reach, because platforms rank posts by engagement. Trend watch shows what is spiking, and each trend comes with a short briefing: what is happening, three possible moves, and the one Ostracon recommends. On opponent bait, the default is to ignore it and push your own story instead.

  • Ignore, mirror, or push. One line of reasoning for each, so you can explain the call to your director.
  • Member reports. Supporters flag what they see in their own feeds, including on platforms no tool can watch.
  • One click to a draft. The chosen move becomes a mission draft for you to edit.

02  Send

Ask for the action that moves people.

A mission is one approved request to a group of supporters, with a time window. You write it once and Ostracon delivers it through a Telegram bot, the Ostracon app, and a ready-to-paste WhatsApp Channel post. Missions go beyond sharing: post in your own words, send to three friends, show up, watch to the end, sign, or practice.

  • Own words by default. A content guide and five draft variations, so thousands of people never paste the same post.
  • Right people, right hour. Target groups by region, sector, language, or training cohort.
  • Approve to send. Nothing goes out without a named approver.

Ask. Post one photo from your shift with one line on why your work matters.
Angle. The people who keep the country running, by name and by face.
Skip. Don't reply to the "strikers block the country" posts. Replies give them reach.

03  See results

See who acted, group by group.

Supporters confirm with one tap on Done and can add a link to their post. Results fill in while the mission is live: delivered, opened, and completed, per group and per channel. People come first, then actions, then reach.

  • Completion per group. See which branches showed up and which need a call.
  • Posts you can open. Links supporters submitted, in one list.
  • Permanent archive. Every mission as it went out, with approver and time, ready to export.

Channels and integrations

Reach members where they already are.

Supporters join by scanning a group QR code and giving consent. After that, missions arrive in the app they already check, and the flow is the same everywhere: read the mission, do it, tap Done.

Telegram bot

Missions arrive as a bot message with the angle, assets, and link. Supporters confirm with a Done button.

Ostracon app

An installable web app with push notifications, mission cards, one-tap completion, and a form to report what members see.

WhatsApp Channel

Ostracon writes the Channel post and you paste it by hand. WhatsApp's business terms rule out political campaign tools, so Ostracon never connects to its API.

Member reports

Supporters send what they see in their own feeds. It fills the gaps on platforms that no outside tool can watch.

AI that drafts

Briefings, mission drafts, variations, and translations, all waiting for a person to approve. AI images carry a visible label.

Roles

Admins set up the workspace, coordinators send missions, and trainers run cohorts. Supporters only see their own missions.

Your CRM

Ostracon works next to the CRM you use for members, email, and donations. Tell us which one during the demo.

Data handling

Your supporter list stays yours.

A list of supporters can reveal political opinion or union membership, so Ostracon treats it as sensitive data. Your organization controls the data and Ostracon processes it on your behalf.

Workspace isolation

Each organization works in its own workspace. Supporters, missions, and results never cross between workspaces.

What Ostracon will not do

Hosted in the EU

Every workspace runs in the EU by default. Larger organizations can ask for another hosting region or AI provider, including an EU-only model.

Data retention

Consent records

Every supporter gives explicit consent when they join. Ostracon stores the consent text version and the time, and supporters can stop missions with one tap.

Consent

Next step

See a mission land on your own phone.

In a 30-minute demo you watch the coordinator screen, scan a QR code, and the next mission arrives on your phone. Bring the last attack your organization faced.
