See what is spiking
Trends across platforms, plus what supporters report from their own feeds. Each one shows its sources and its speed.
Ostracon spots what is spiking, tells you whether to answer, and sends one clear ask to the supporters who agreed to act, in their own words.

Everything a small comms team needs between a spike and the last supporter who acted. The coordinator stays in charge at every step.

02Decide
A three-sentence briefing with one recommended move, built on your own sources. You make the call.
03Send
A person approves, and the mission reaches Telegram, the app, and WhatsApp, with a clear time window.
04Count
Completions per group and channel, an honest reach range, and every mission kept in the archive as sent.
What supporters get
Supporters don't install anything new or learn a dashboard. The mission arrives where they already talk, with what to do, why it matters, and until when.
Why it matters
A clip built to provoke needs your replies to travel. Ostracon flags likely bait and recommends ignoring it, so your supporters spend their evening on your story instead. You make the call.
Missions reach supporters on Telegram, in the app, or on WhatsApp. They act in their own words, on their own accounts, and tap Done.
Why not a group chat
Many teams start with a WhatsApp channel and copy-paste posts. It works until the first hard week.
| Question | A hand-run group | Ostracon |
|---|---|---|
| What is spiking? | Someone scrolls and hopes to notice. | Trend watch and supporter reports, ranked by speed. |
| Should we answer? | A gut call in the chat, often too late. | A briefing that can recommend silence, with its reasons. |
| What do supporters post? | One pasted line, copied a thousand times. | A guide and an example. Supporters write their own. |
| Who acted? | Nobody knows. | Completions per group and channel, live. |
| A journalist asks. | Screenshots of a chat. | A permanent archive of every mission, with who approved it. |
| New volunteers? | Thrown into the live group. | Training missions before they join. |
Your voice and sources
Upload your own material: statements, speeches, policy papers, and fact sheets. Ostracon uses it as the basis for briefings and mission guides, so they follow your point of view and your tone of voice.
Briefings start from your positions and past statements, not from a generic take on the news.
Mission guides read the way your organization talks. Supporters still post in their own words.
Let drafts cite only your own documents, or also verifiable online sources. Online sources come labeled, and a person approves each one.
Guardrails
A demo takes 30 minutes with your own topics. Training mode lets new volunteers practice before they join a live group.
